Welcome to Weyacom.ae. This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all services provided through our website, including property sales, purchases, rentals, advertising, marketing, consultancy, brokerage, and related real estate services within the United Arab Emirates.

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.


1. Real Estate Transactions

Weyacom acts as a real estate platform and intermediary connecting buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and property owners.

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement:

  • Deposits paid directly to property owners, developers, landlords, or third parties are subject to their individual refund policies.
  • Weyacom is not responsible for refunds relating to property purchase prices, rental payments, booking deposits, reservation fees, or developer fees paid to third parties.
  • Any refund request related to a property transaction must be directed to the relevant party involved in the transaction.

2. Brokerage and Service Fees

Fees paid directly to Weyacom for completed services, including:

  • Property marketing
  • Advertising services
  • Brokerage services
  • Consultancy services
  • Property management services
  • Lead generation services

are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced or been delivered.


3. Cancellation Before Service Commencement

If a customer requests cancellation before Weyacom has started providing the requested service:

  • A full refund may be issued at Weyacom’s sole discretion.
  • Administrative, banking, payment gateway, and processing fees may be deducted.

4. Cancellation After Service Commencement

Once work has begun, including but not limited to:

  • Property listing publication
  • Marketing campaign activation
  • Lead generation activities
  • Property promotion
  • Consultancy sessions
  • Brokerage activities

refunds will generally not be available.

Partial refunds may be considered only where required by applicable law.


5. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments

If a customer is charged multiple times in error or an unauthorized payment is verified:

  • Weyacom will investigate the matter.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

6. Property Advertisements

Advertising and listing fees become non-refundable once:

  • The advertisement is published,
  • Marketing materials are created,
  • Promotional campaigns have started.

7. Force Majeure

Weyacom shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:

  • Government actions
  • Natural disasters
  • Internet outages
  • Regulatory restrictions
  • War
  • Public emergencies

Refund eligibility under such circumstances will be determined on a case-by-case basis.


8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds may require:

  • Identity verification
  • Payment verification
  • Supporting documentation

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
